1What Antarch Consulting provides

Antarch Consulting is an information and route-guidance platform. We publish destination hubs and route guides for study, work, and relocation, country-by-country visa and residence information, document authentication and legalization guidance, and support for preparing Nigerian documents for use abroad. We also offer two free planning tools, the Pathway Finder and the Application Risk Checker, which give practical guidance only.

We do not provide legal advice, immigration representation, or government services, and we are not affiliated with any embassy, immigration authority, university, or government body. Everything on this site is for information and planning.

2Use of website content

All content on this site, including route guides, destination hubs, checklists, and country pathway information, belongs to Antarch Consulting. You are welcome to use it for your own planning and research.

You may not copy, republish, resell, redistribute, or repackage our content, in whole or in part, on another platform, in a product, or for commercial use without our written permission. We may withdraw access where this is breached.

3Accuracy of information

We work to keep route and requirement information accurate and current. Even so, visa rules, institutional requirements, and government processes change often, and we cannot guarantee that everything here is up to date when you read it.

Always confirm requirements with the official government website, embassy, or institution before you decide anything, pay anyone, or submit an application. Antarch Consulting is not responsible for outcomes that follow from relying on information published here.

4Document services

Where we offer document support, including authentication help, legalization guidance, or document processing, we provide administrative support only. We do not act as a government agent, notary, or legal representative.

We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, couriers, or third-party processors, and we are not liable for documents rejected by embassies, institutions, or authorities. Courier and transport companies carry full responsibility for the physical handling and delivery of any documents entrusted to them.

5Payments and refunds

Where a service is paid, the fee is shown clearly before you commit. Services that involve prepaid staff time and administrative work are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a technical fault on our side prevents delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it or redeliver at no extra cost.

We do not store payment card details. All electronic payments are handled by secure third-party processors.

6Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Antarch Consulting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its content, including missed application deadlines, visa refusals, rejected documents, or financial loss connected to decisions made using information from this site.

You use this website at your own risk.

7Prohibited use

You may not use this site or its content to commit fraud, make false statements, impersonate another person, or support any illegal immigration activity. We may refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is misusing the platform.

8Third-party links and sources

We link to official government sites, embassy portals, and institutional sources to help you verify information. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
