Document Services for Nigerians
Antarch Consulting supports Nigerians worldwide with Nigerian documents required for use abroad. Our core service is document authentication and legalization, including Ministry of Foreign Affairs authentication and selected embassy legalization support. We also help coordinate the processing of certain required documents through the relevant Nigerian issuing authority.
How we help with Nigerian documents
Nigerians intending to travel abroad or already living abroad often need to submit various documents as part of their international mobility applications for immigration, study, work or other purposes. We support this requirement in two ways: assisting with authentication or legalization of your existing documents in order to make them valid for use abroad, or providing assistive coordination for Nigerians abroad who need to process certain documents back in Nigeria from an official issuing authority.

Some important documents can only be processed physically inside Nigeria, which creates a bottleneck for Nigerians abroad. We coordinate that process with the relevant issuing authority, from single-status affidavits to birth attestations and police character certificates, so the finished document reaches you ready to use.

Authentication and legalization
Already have the document? It may still need Ministry of Foreign Affairs authentication or embassy legalization before it can be used abroad. Antarch Consulting can coordinate the applicable Nigerian authentication and, for selected destinations, may be able to assist with embassy legalization where feasible.
Working with employers, recruiters, and institutions
Many of the requests we handle do not come from the document holder directly. An employer, a recruitment or staffing firm, or a global mobility provider is often the one arranging document authentication and legalization on behalf of a Nigerian candidate or employee, usually against a placement or start date.

What we do
We may provide guidance for the processing of specific Nigerian civil and personal documents and arrange the authentication and legalization that makes them valid abroad. These are always done strictly through official and authorized channels.
What we don’t do
We are not a travel agency, a government body, or a visa processor. We do not issue official documents, file visa or immigration applications, give immigration advice, or guarantee any application outcome. We may also be unable to assist with certain documents.
