How Antarch Consulting Researches and Checks Information
Antarch Consulting uses official sources, country-specific research and experience from real Nigerian document cases. We separate confirmed rules from working practice, credible reports and points that still need direct confirmation.
We start with the country, purpose and document
A rule for a student application may not apply to work, marriage, family reunification or document legalization in the same country. Before reaching a conclusion, we identify the applicant’s purpose, the document involved, the authority handling it and where the document will be used.
The sources we use
Official sources
Government, embassy, immigration, registry, university and regulator websites are the first reference for formal rules, application forms, fees and eligibility requirements.
Antarch Consulting’s field experience
Some practical details are not published clearly. Completed document cases, direct correspondence and experience with Nigerian authorities or embassy procedures can show how a process is actually being handled.
Professional and institutional sources
Universities, credential evaluators, professional bodies, reputable specialists and other institutions may provide useful information where the main authority has not addressed a point clearly. We compare such information with other available evidence.
Community reports
Forum discussions and personal accounts can reveal a new requirement, delay or recurring problem. We treat them as leads and look for supporting evidence rather than turning one person’s experience into a general rule.
When an official source says nothing
Official guidance may state the main requirement without explaining appointment booking, representative rules, processing delays or additional documents requested in practice. If Antarch Consulting has encountered the same requirement in completed cases and no current official source contradicts it, we may include it as field information and explain the context.
Official silence does not automatically make field information wrong. However, where a current official source clearly contradicts an older practice, the current official requirement takes precedence.
How we keep the website current
Immigration rules, document procedures, fees and source pages change. We give priority to information that can materially affect an application or document process, recheck important sources and review credible reports of a change.
Antarch Watchtower helps monitor source pages and identify possible changes. It does not rewrite the website automatically. A change is reviewed by a person before the published guidance is updated.
Using the guidance: The website provides practical information and document support. The final decision remains with the embassy, immigration authority, school, employer, registry or other body handling the application or receiving the document.
